STAFF
_	Choice Thru Education has five full-time and six part-time staff members during the academic year. Six to eight volunteers work in the mentoring and tutoring programs. During the summer program, there are twenty-four full-time staff.
_	Executive Director and Founder: Susan S. Clark, B.A. (Smith College), M.Ed. (Boston University). Recipient of the 2006 City of Chelsea Lifetime Achievement Award. Woman of the Year.
	Most of the instructional staff has teaching experience in public schools and nontraditional educational programs and are selected for mastery of subject area, experience with low income diverse urban youth, passion for learning and teaching, and commitment to the mentoring and nurturing of students. Former graduates have priority, all other qualifications being equal, since their success provides the best of all role modeling. Volunteers are recruited from within the alumna pool, local colleges, and members of the Chelsea Community.
